Invoicing (manual): name, business details, billing address (if provided), email, and invoice/payment references.

We do not set cookies on your device. We use Cloudflare's server-side, cookie-free analytics to understand site performance and visits in aggregate; no cross-site tracking or advertising identifiers are used.

3. How we use your information

To respond to enquiries and provide services.
To issue invoices and maintain accounting records.
To comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Legal bases (UK)

Contract: to provide requested services or respond to enquiries.
Legitimate interests: operate and manage our services and records.
Legal obligation: keep invoices and tax records.

5. Sharing and processors

We may share limited personal data with trusted service providers acting as processors, including:

Hosting and infrastructure: Cloudflare.
Email and communications: our chosen email service for [email protected].
Analytics: Cloudflare privacy-first analytics (server-side, cookie-free, aggregate reporting).
Invoicing/accounting: handled manually (provider/tool to be confirmed if adopted).

These providers process data only on our instructions and with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

We do not make international transfers beyond the UK. If this changes, we will implement appropriate safeguards and update this policy.

7. Retention

Contact enquiries: kept for up to 12 months after the last interaction (to manage follow-ups and service queries).
Invoices and tax records: kept for 6 years to meet UK legal obligations.
